Biography

Arianna is a Vice President at Raine, where she focuses on fundraising across Raine’s growth equity strategies and broader capital-raising initiatives. She is responsible for North American distribution efforts and helps shape go-to-market strategy, including developing the positioning and narratives underpinning Raine’s investment verticals.

Prior to joining Raine, Arianna was a key member of the capital formation team at Sapphire Ventures, a growth-stage venture capital firm, where she focused on private wealth distribution, fundraising strategy, and the syndication of co-investment opportunities. During her tenure, she supported the raising of Sapphire’s $1.75 billion flagship fund and over $150 million in co-investments. Prior to that, Arianna was an investment banker in the Private Funds Group at Houlihan Lokey, advising private equity clients.

Arianna began her career as an attorney practicing corporate litigation, specifically high-profile class actions in securities, data privacy, and complex business disputes. She also has experience in fund formation.

Arianna holds a B.A. with Honors from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she was a Loyola Scholar scholarship recipient. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas.
