Biography

Erik is a Partner at Raine, where he leads the firm’s Los Angeles office and its Entertainment and Content practice. With more than 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Erik has played a key role in several of Raine’s major investments and advisory transactions. His notable transactions include Skydance’s merger with Paramount Global, as well as advisory work for Endeavor, Universal, Warner Bros., Disney, Legendary Entertainment, Park County, Candle Media, and Fifth Season.

Erik currently serves on the boards of Imagine Entertainment, Propagate Content, VideoAmp, and Mediawan, all Raine portfolio companies. Prior to joining Raine, Erik built a career in the entertainment industry and has been recognized as one of Hollywood’s Top 20 Dealmakers by The Hollywood Reporter, in addition to being featured in Variety’s annual Dealmakers Impact Report.

Erik holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
